This page states who produces Smart-Money Radar, how its output is constructed, and what it is not. It exists so that a reader can judge the material for themselves rather than take it on trust, and it forms part of our terms of service.
1. Who produces this
Smart-Money Radar is produced by Cinco Peso Solution Ltd, UIC 207822484, Bul. Vasil Levski 46, Sofia, Bulgaria. It is a small independent operation, not a research house, not a broker, and not an investment firm. We hold no financial-services licence and carry on no licensed activity.
2. What this is not
Nothing on this site is investment advice, and nothing on it is a personal recommendation. The output is general information, produced identically for every subscriber and distributed to all of them without regard to any individual's circumstances. It is not tailored to you, it is not presented as suitable for you, and it is not an instruction to transact in anything.
We deliberately keep the product data-shaped. There is no personalisation of what you are shown, no ranking of securities "for you", and no directional call on any instrument. The action labels the interface uses — research, watchlist — describe what to look at next, not what to trade.
Trading securities carries the risk of loss, up to and including the whole of your capital. Decisions made from this material are yours. Consult an appropriately licensed professional before acting.
3. How the scores are built
The pipeline ingests public filings and market data on a schedule, normalises them into dated events, and evaluates a fixed set of rule-based signal definitions against them. Each signal that fires contributes a weighted amount to a composite score for the security; scores are grouped into bands, and confluence — several independent signals firing on the same name in the same window — is what moves a name up the radar.
The signal set covers institutional position changes and multi-fund accumulation, activist stakes, insider purchases and clusters, insider sale intentions, legislator transactions, short interest and squeeze conditions, borrow scarcity, failures to deliver, dark-pool activity, futures positioning extremes, and earnings reactions. Each is defined in the in-app glossary with the threshold that triggers it.
The weights and thresholds are our own editorial judgement. They are not derived from a proof that they predict returns, and we do not claim that a high score implies a future gain. A score is a summary of how much disclosed activity has clustered on a name — no more than that.
4. Sources, and their delays
Source material is drawn from official public registers and market data: securities regulator filings for insider transactions, institutional holdings, activist stakes and proposed sales; legislative transaction disclosures; self-regulatory and exchange data for short interest, off-exchange volume and settlement failures; futures positioning reports; and market pricing and earnings data.
Every one of these arrives late by design. Disclosure regimes give filers days to months before publication, and some reports are published weekly or fortnightly in arrears. A signal therefore describes something that has already happened, sometimes long ago. The interface labels signal recency, and you should read it. Source data can also be amended, restated or withdrawn by its publisher after we have ingested it.
5. Historical and hypothetical performance
Where the Service shows measured signal performance or backtested results, those figures are hypothetical. They are computed by applying current rules to historical data after the fact. No money was placed, no order was filled, and the figures do not reflect trading costs, spreads, slippage, borrowing costs, taxes, liquidity limits or the effect of your own order on the market.
Hypothetical results also benefit from hindsight in ways that are difficult to eliminate: the rules were designed with knowledge of the period they are tested over, and any measured edge may be an artefact of that. Past performance does not indicate future results, and a backtested figure is weaker evidence than a live one.
6. AI-generated text
Summaries marked as AI-generated are produced by a large language model from the signal data described above. They are generated automatically, are not reviewed by a person before you see them, and can be wrong or incomplete in ways that read fluently. Treat them as a first pass over the underlying data, and check the data.
7. Conflicts of interest
We take no payment from any issuer, fund or third party to feature, rank or describe any security. There is no sponsored placement in the radar, and the ranking cannot be bought.
The operator and people connected to it may hold positions in securities that appear in the Service, and may transact in them at any time without notice. We do not disclose those positions on a per-security basis. Assume a position may exist in anything you see here, and weigh the material accordingly.
Our only revenue is subscription revenue, described on the pricing page.
8. Accuracy and completeness
- · Coverage is not exhaustive. A security with no signals may simply be one we have not ingested data for.
- · The absence of a signal is not evidence that nothing happened.
- · Parsing public filings is error-prone; a mis-parsed filing produces a wrong signal, and we correct such errors when we find them.
- · We do not warrant that any figure shown is accurate, current or complete. Verify anything that matters against the original filing before relying on it.
