Terms of Service

The Service is operated by Cinco Peso Solution Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 207822484, with its registered address at Bul. Vasil Levski 46, Sofia, Bulgaria.

Paid subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. That means Paddle — not us — is the seller of the subscription, issues your invoice, and handles the tax due in your country. Your purchase is additionally subject to Paddle's own buyer terms, presented at checkout. We remain responsible for providing the Service itself.

The Service aggregates public regulatory filings and market data, and presents derived statistics: composite scores, signal timelines, change feeds, watchlists and AI-generated text summaries. It is a research and information tool.

The Service is a general information product offered on identical terms to every subscriber. It is not tailored to you, your portfolio, your objectives or your circumstances, and it is not capable of being so. See our disclaimer and methodology page, which forms part of these terms.

• · You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• · Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the security of the Google account used, and for everything done through your account.
• · One account is for one person. Sharing credentials, or providing access to the Service to people who have not paid for it, is not permitted.
• · You must give accurate information and keep it current.

A free tier is available. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually at the prices shown on the pricing page, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Cancellation, refunds and the statutory withdrawal right are covered in our refund and cancellation policy.

We may change prices. Changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will tell you before that renewal so you can cancel first. Feature allocations that carry a stated quota — for example the monthly allowance of AI summaries — reset each billing period and do not accumulate.

You agree not to:

• · scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract the Service's output, or use automated means to access it beyond ordinary browser use;
• · resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish our scores, rankings, signal data or summaries, whether or not for a fee;
• · use the Service to build or train a competing product or a machine-learning model;
• · circumvent quotas, paywalls, rate limits or entitlement checks;
• · attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or disrupt their operation;
• · use the Service in breach of any law, market-abuse rule or sanctions regime that applies to you.

Fair, personal use of the data in your own research is exactly what you are paying for. The restrictions above target redistribution and automated extraction, not your own analysis.

The underlying source material — regulatory filings, disclosure records and public market data — is not ours and we claim no rights in it. What we do claim is our own work product: the scoring methodology, the composite scores and bands, the signal definitions, the derived timelines and rankings, the summaries, and the software and design of the Service. Those remain ours.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for the duration of your subscription. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

Content you supply — for example your watchlist — remains yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service for you.

The Service does not provide investment advice, and nothing in it is a personal recommendation. We are not an investment firm, we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Supervision Commission of the Republic of Bulgaria or by any other financial regulator, and we do not carry on any licensed investment activity.

Scores, bands, signals and summaries are statistical descriptions of public data. They are not an opinion on the merits of any security, not a suggestion that any security is suitable for you, and not an instruction to transact. We do not know your objectives, your financial position or your risk tolerance, and the Service does not take them into account.

Every investment decision you make is yours alone. Trading securities carries the risk of loss, including total loss. Past performance and historical or hypothetical results do not indicate future results. Take independent, licensed professional advice before acting.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Source data reaches us on the schedule its publishers choose — regulatory disclosures in particular are filed with a statutory delay of days or months — and it may be incomplete, revised after publication, or simply wrong at source. We make reasonable efforts to ingest and present it faithfully, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and may perform maintenance without notice.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under Bulgarian or EU law, which are unaffected by these terms.

Subject to that: we are not liable for trading or investment losses, for lost profits or opportunity, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or from reliance on its output. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription as described in the refund policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to suspend, or that is being used in a way that threatens the Service or other users. Where we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of a prepaid period.

Sections 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and the revision date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, cancel before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
