Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cinco Peso Solution Ltd · Last updated 28 July 2026

This policy explains how to cancel a subscription to Smart-Money Radar, when you get your money back, and how your statutory rights as a consumer work alongside it. It forms part of our terms of service.

1. Who processes refunds

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every subscription. Paddle took the payment, Paddle issued the invoice, and Paddle issues the refund back to your original payment method. We authorise the refund; Paddle executes it.

You can raise a request with either of us — see section 5 — and it reaches the same place.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, from the customer portal linked on the pricing page when signed in. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for: your access continues to the end of that period, and then the account reverts to the free tier. We do not refund the unused remainder of a period that is already running, except where this policy or the law says otherwise.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are unhappy with your first paid subscription period, tell us within 14 days of that first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

This guarantee applies once per customer, to the first purchase. It does not apply to renewals, which you can avoid entirely by cancelling before the renewal date — we send no separate renewal reminder beyond Paddle's invoice, so cancel as soon as you know you are done.

4. Your statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Because this is a digital service that starts the moment you pay, Paddle's checkout asks for your express consent to begin providing it immediately, and for your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw after access has begun but before the period is fully performed, you may be charged in proportion to what you have already received.

Read that consent before you agree to it — it is the point at which the statutory right is given up. Our 14-day money-back guarantee in section 3 is offered voluntarily and is, in practice, at least as generous; it does not replace or reduce any mandatory right you have under Bulgarian or EU consumer law.

5. How to request a refund

  • · Email support@smartmoneyradar.net from the address on your account, with the Paddle order or invoice reference.
  • · Or contact Paddle directly through the link on your invoice or receipt.
  • · We aim to answer within 2 business days. Once approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method; banks typically take a further 3-10 business days to show it.

6. Refunds outside this policy

We will also refund you where we have failed to deliver — for example a prolonged outage that made the Service unusable for a material part of your billing period, a duplicate charge, or a charge taken after a valid cancellation. Ask, and explain what happened.

We may decline a refund where an account has been suspended for breach of the acceptable-use rules in our terms, or where a refund request forms part of a pattern of abuse. This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights.

7. Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, contact us before contacting your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and is resolved by a card network rather than by a person, which is slower for you than an email. We will always try to fix a billing problem directly first.
